Changes to Shipping

CHANGES TO SHIPPING (COVID-19 UPDATE)

In light of developments in the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, House of Cally has had to make some changes to shipping. This situation is constantly evolving, so we will endeavour to keep you informed of any further changes as and when they arise. We apologise for any inconvenience this may incur.

Changes to Shipping within the United Kingdom

For the foreseeable future, we have adopted the following shipping policy for orders made within the UK:

  • Badges & Tea Towels: We will continue to send these orders via the Royal Mail First Class service.
  • Extra Large maps (A0): We now send these by courier. This service includes insurance, and should take within 2-5 working days to arrive.
  • Large maps (B2, A1, A2): will be sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.
  • Small maps (A3): will be sent via the Royal Mail Signed For First Class service.
  • Tea sets: These will be dispatched via the Royal Mail Signed For Second Class service.
  • Other products not mentioned above have been withdrawn temporarily from sale. When social distancing restrictions have been lifted, they will be available on our website once more.

Changes to Shipping to Europe

For the foreseeable future, we have adopted the following shipping policy for orders made within Europe:

  • Badges & Tea Towels: We will continue to send these orders via the Royal Mail Standard International service.
  • Extra Large maps (A0): We now send these by international courier. This service includes insurance, and should take within 7 working days to arrive.
  • Other maps and Tea Sets: We will dispatch these via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service wherever possible. Should this service not be available in your country, we will use Royal Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail International Signed services.
  • Other products: We have temporarily withdrawn these products from sale online. Once social distancing restrictions have been removed, they will be available again on our website.

Shipping to World Zone 1 (North America, South America, Africa, Asia)

For the foreseeable future, we have adopted the following shipping policy for orders made to countries in World Zone 1  which encompasses North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa and most of Asia:

  • Badges & Tea Towels: We will continue to send these orders via the Royal Mail Standard International service.
  • Extra Large maps (A0): We now send these by international courier. This service includes insurance, and should take within 7-10 working days to arrive.
  • Other maps & Tea sets: we will send these via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service wherever possible. Where this is not possible, we will use either Royal Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail International Signed services.
  • Other products: We have temporarily withdrawn these products from sale online. Once social distancing restrictions are lifted, they will be available on our website again.

Shipping to World Zone 2 (Oceania, Singapore, Laos, Macao, Belau)

Orders to countries located in World Zone 2, which includes Australia, New Zealand, Oceania and certain countries in Asia, we follow this shipping policy:

  • Badges & Tea Towels: We will continue to send these orders via the Royal Mail Standard International service.
  • Extra Large maps (A0): We now send these by international courier. This service includes insurance, and should take up to 14 working days to arrive.
  • Other maps & Tea sets: we will send these via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service wherever possible. If this service is unavailable in your country, we will use the appropriate Royal Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail International Signed service.
  • Other products: We have temporarily withdrawn these products from sale online. They will be available to purchase on our website again once social distancing restrictions have been lifted.

 

Shipping to World Zone 3 (USA)

Orders to countries located in World Zone 3, which includes the United States of America, we follow this shipping policy:

  • Badges & Tea Towels: We will continue sending these orders via the Royal Mail Standard International service.
  • Extra Large maps (A0): We now send these by international courier. This service includes insurance, and should take up to 14 working days to arrive.
  • Other maps & Tea sets: we send these via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service where possible. If unavailable in your country, we will use the appropriate Royal Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail International Signed service.
  • Other products: We have temporarily withdrawn these products from sale online. They will be available to purchase on our website again once social distancing restrictions have been lifted.

For orders made to destinations not included in the geographical regions mentioned above, please email your enquiries to info@houseofcally.com. We may be able to organise shipping to your area on an individual basis.
