1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
House of Cally takes its clients’ security and privacy very seriously. We do not share any information with third parties, nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you.
In order to make a purchase on the House of Cally website, you must be a registered user (See Woocommerce section below). We collect the following types of information about you in order to process orders, issue refunds and cancel any orders made via our website.
- Your name
- Email address
- Contact telephone number
Website usage information is collected using cookies (more information in the Cookies section below).
2. HOW WILL WE USE THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?
We will use only the personal information needed in order to enable us to provide our services to you. This information is only viewed by House of Cally’s order administration team. Information collected will be stored securely and securely destroyed if it is no longer required by House of Cally or upon request from customers.
We do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than as required for the provision of our services.
3. WEBSITE CONTACT FORM
Should you need more information about our products, how to order or return any items, you can contact us via the contact form on our website. In order to process your query, we request that you fill in your name, email address and message). All messages sent via the contact form are sent to email@example.com and are only viewed by House of Cally order administrators. You can request a copy of correspondence, or its removal or correction, as stipulated in the Subject Access Request section.
5. ORDERS MADE ON THIS WEBSITE
We only use information that registered users provide us with in order to be able to process orders. The information provided is only accessible to the House of Cally adminstration team and is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
6. HOUSE OF CALLY CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
In order to make a purchase on our website, you must register with House of Cally using a valid email address on the My account page. You are not required to give any further personal information.
7. ACCOUNT LOGIN AND PASSWORDS
Upon registration, users will receive an email with login instructions, including a unique secure password. We recommend that users use a strong password and that they do not share this with anybody to ensure maximum security. Password changes can be made by accessing your account dashboard. Should users forget their password, they can request a password change following the on-screen prompts.
Please note that House of Cally will never ask users to provide their password in any form of verbal or written correspondence. Should you receive any such requests, we urge to contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can investigate the matter further.
8. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Once you have registered with House of Cally, you will be able to enter your account details. The only information we require are your first name, surname and email address.
In addition to this, you can also add your Billing Address and a Shipping Address. The addresses provided are purely for billing and shipping purposes and are only accessible to the customer and the House of Cally order adminstration team. We do not share this information with any third parties.
You will also be able to view records of any transactions you have made.
9. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Customers can pay for orders using a valid debit or credit card. This information is processed using Stripe (see below).
10. SECURE PAYMENTS USING STRIPE
If the card used to make a payment has insufficient funds, your order will be not processed. The software technology used by Stripe informs customers when there are insufficent funds in their account in order to successfully complete their purchase and a record of this is sent to House of Cally. It is House of Cally’s policy to not follow up these failed transactions. However, you are free to attempt carrying our your purchase again using a different card.
Purchases are only confirmed when:
- You see a successful purchase message on screen at the time of payment
- when we receive your payment confirmation on our Woocommerce store platform.
When you make an order on our website, we send you an automated order confirmation via the Woocommerce platform. When your order has been dispatched, we will also send you a receipt to the email address under which your account is registered.
We keep a copy of these records by means of the Woocommerce plug in on our website. These records are kept for financial purposes and in order to respond to any issues that may arise after your order has been made, such as: sending replacement items ordered, issuing refunds and cancelling orders
12. DELETING CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Users can request that we delete their House of Cally account at any time by emailing us on email@example.com.
13. ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CORRECTION (SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST)
Under GDPR, individuals have a right to request what data is held on them (known as Subject Access Request). We are obliged to provide this info within 30 days. If you would like a copy of some or all of you information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at: House of Cally, 104 Disraeli Road, London SW15 2DX.
We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove any information you think is inaccurate.
