REFUNDS AND RETURNS

House of Cally strives to make sure that all products sold on our website are of the highest quality. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. In this Refunds and Returns Policy, we outline how you can request a refund or return purchased items.

Please note that, unless faulty, we can only accept returned items providing that they meet the following criteria.

  • The item you wish to return has not been used.
  • You return it to us in its original packaging.
  • The item is in a resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on used garments  (socks, eye masks, scrunchies) and throws. By the same token, we are also unable to accept refunds and returns on garments that have become damaged due to incorrect laundering. For this reason, please ensure that you read product care instructions before washing.

RETURN REQUESTS

To initiate a return or refund request, please send us an email to info@houseofcally.com. In this email, please include your order number and a brief description of why you would like an exchange or refund. In the unlikely event that a product has become damaged while in transit, please take a photo and attach it to your email. This will help us to maintain standards and claim compensation for goods damaged by delivery providers.

House of Cally is unable to provide a freepost service on returns. Therefore, we require you to return goods at your expense. If the item is faulty, we will refund or credit your return postage cost. When returning your item, please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Without this, House of Cally cannot assume responsibilty for returns not reaching us.

Upon receipt of returned items, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at the the earliest possible convenience. For more information, please consult our terms and conditions.
